LeisureCom Group New Zealand Limited Announce Involvement in Gay Ski Week

The LeisureCom Group has been working closely with Queenstown local hotels, apartments and suppliers as part of a strategy to be involved in making Gay Ski Week New Zealand a world-class event and festival.

By increasing the marketing and profile of the Gay Ski Week, there will be significant financial and promotional benefits to the entire tourism industry in Queenstown. The company believes in the Queenstown region and have committed significant funds and resources to ensuring that Gay Ski Week will be recognised on the world stage as a “MUST DO” for the Gay community.

LeisureCom has also engaged a number of high profile event promoters, DJ’s and celebrities to attract a wider audience to the festival. The company has many years of experience operating large scale festivals and events, specialising in providing travel, accommodation and events packages. With the infrastructure to properly manage a fully serviced event, LeisureCom are excited to have the opportunity to use this expertise to provide a ‘Complete Package’ including flights, accommodation, activities and events.

The company’s vision is for the annual Gay Ski Week in New Zealand to sit alongside other international festivals including Aspen Gay Ski Week, European Gay Ski Week, Aroza Gay Ski Week, and the Whistler Pride and Ski Festival (Whistler Gay Ski Week).

Gay Ski Week is one of three destination-based LGBT events LeisureCom Group are organising throughout Australia and New Zealand. Having already been involved in the promotion of Queenstown for a number of years now, including owning holiday accommodation management rights within the region.
