AFFILIATED RESORTS:
The resorts referenced at this Site are examples of the many accommodation suppliers (collectively referred to as the "Affiliated Resorts") of LeisureCom . LeisureCom does not sell or offer to sell real estate. Further, there is no joint venture or ownership relationship between LeisureCom and any of the Affiliated Resorts. The Affiliated Resorts provide the information pertaining to them contained within this Site to LeisureCom. The information is subject to change at any time without notice. You should not rely on such information without express written confirmation from the relevant Affiliated Resort. You should always confirm that you are viewing the most recent version of information by refreshing your screen. Because of the volume of information received, LeisureCom cannot and does not represent or guarantee that the information is complete, current or accurate. LeisureCom is not responsible for erroneous or omitted information. Each of our Affiliated Resorts is owned and operated independently of LeisureCom.

LeisureCom aggregate liability for damages claimed under this agreement and arising out of LeisureCom performance of services hereunder shall be limited to the total purchase price you pay for any goods, services or information.

APPLICABLE LAWS:
This Site is administered by LeisureCom at its offices in Australia and is subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia in relation to any dispute relating to this Agreement.
LeisureCom makes no representation that materials at this Site are appropriate or available for use outside Australia and New Zealand, and access to them from territories where there contents are illegal is prohibited. You may not use, export or re-export the materials at this Site or any copy or adaptation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
SEVERABILITY:
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this Agreement will remain in force.
