Executive Team - LeisureCom Travel Group

	Shaun Keddie (Co-Founder) Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / EXCO Shaun’s 10 years experience in the IT industry resulted in the development of one of Australia’s leading online reservation systems, which is now used by over 300 accommodation providers. As both a director and advisor Shaun is considered an industry expert in online accommodation, marketing and software. In Early 2007, Shaun became General Manager of the Escapes Club Group, which was later amalgamated into LeisureCom. Shaun is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of LeisureCom Travel Group and is primarily responsible for strategic development, business acquisition and general day-to-day business operations.

	Jon Tarrant (Co-Founder) Chief Operations Officer (COO) / EXCO Jon is one of the founders of LeisureCom Travel Group and was the sole owner and Director of EscapesPlus Group, a business which amalgamated into the company in early 2008 upon the incorporation of LeisureCom. Jon has had 10 years experience in call centre operations and sales training. Amongst his many attributes is his ability to train, develop and motivate sales professionals in both in-bound and out-bound call centre sales environments. As LeisureCom’s Chief Executive Officer, Jon shares the responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the business and call centre facilities.

	Dan Berman Executive Director / EXCO Dan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University, California, U.S.A, with emphasis in marketing and an Associate of Arts Degree from Pierce College, Woodland Hills, California, U.S.A. He has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience having worked with Fortune 500 as well start-up companies in the USA and internationally with household brand names such as Ralph Lauren, Zeiss, Optical West Germany and Resort Condominiums International (RCI). He has particular expertise in the establishment of international and domestic channels of distribution. In addition, Dan has extensive executive management experience with excellent communication and people skills.

	Kelly Thompson Group Financial Controller / EXCO Kelly holds Bachelor of Accounting Degree from the University of South Australia and has worked in finance roles in both Australia and the UK for over 15 years, primarily in the property industry. She has held roles in public companies including British Telecom, AMP Capital Investors and Jones Lang LaSalle. Kelly sits on the Executive Committee Board and is responsible for the financial reporting for LeisureCom Group Limited.

	Zeke Bentley Non-executive Director/Board of Directors Zeke was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in1996 and worked with a mid-tiered litigation Firm until 1999 thereafter becoming a Partner in a boutique Brisbane commercial law Firm, Irish Bentley Lawyers in 2000. He holds a Bachelor of Laws; a Bachelor of Commerce; a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Practice Management Certificate from the Law Society. He is also a member of a number of professional bodies. Zeke has specialised in providing legal advice and services to international corporate and SMEs throughout his career. He has acted in a broad spectrum of Court matters including acting for major carriage service providers in the ecommerce industry; high level taxation matters and multi-million dollar property and business deals. He has also undertaken major litigation in the Supreme Courts; the Federal Courts; and the High Court. Zeke has assisted clients with capital raising floats; setting up corporate structures; drafting all required agreements and supporting documents and generally looking after the long term commercial interests of clients.
